1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "88fn", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the website at https://88fn.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 88fn website, mobile browser interface, and all games, betting markets, and features made available through it.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all time-sensitive platform operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By completing the registration process on 88fn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.

2.3 These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the minimum legal age to gamble. 88fn is strictly a 21+ platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88fn targets users in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any other jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances — including winnings — may be voided. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your Account with any other person. 88fn will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4. Account Management

4.1 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 88fn support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard timeline, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied.

4.2 88fn reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

4.3 Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at 88fn's discretion. Players will be notified at the registered contact address before any fee is applied.

4.4 You must notify 88fn immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 88fn may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted, and will restore access promptly once the matter is resolved.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88fn currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. Supported methods may change at any time; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations. 88fn does not apply any additional fee to standard deposits, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method and account tier.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. To initiate a withdrawal, your Account must be KYC-verified and you must have deposited and wagered at least once using real funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (BST). Withdrawals to Visa, Mastercard, and bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes, subject to network conditions.

5.6 Currency. The primary account currency on 88fn is Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit. All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless you operate a cryptocurrency-denominated account as specifically offered.

5.7 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited unless they are jointly held accounts verifiably belonging to you. Deposits suspected to originate from fraud, stolen cards, or unauthorised accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 88fn offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.

6.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional period stated; unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings upon expiry.

6.3 88fn reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any player found to be abusing promotional systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or systematically placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have bonuses voided and may have their Account suspended.

6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement being met. Bonuses cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred between Accounts.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets are final once confirmed. 88fn does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided in accordance with the relevant sport or game rules.

7.2 Odds and game outcomes presented on the Platform are determined by the relevant provider's certified systems. In the case of sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the binding odds for that wager.

7.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or human error that results in odds or payouts being displayed incorrectly, 88fn reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right applies regardless of whether bets were placed and winnings credited before the error was identified.

7.4 All casino games on the Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games, are operated by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and use certified random number generation. Game results are determined independently of 88fn.

7.5 Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per game. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at 88fn's discretion for individual accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 88fn is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within your Account settings after login.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents security measures.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or unintended features of the Platform. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to conceal your geographic location or gain access to offers not available in your region.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals not authorised by 88fn. Any account initiating a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and the relevant amount will be recovered.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 88fn brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the property of 88fn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88fn.

10.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to those studios' own licensing terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88fn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

11.3 88fn's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 88fn processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 88fn uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secured servers with restricted access controls consistent with industry standards.

12.3 88fn may be required to disclose user information to competent authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering laws, tax regulations, or court orders. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

13.1 88fn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or phone number associated with their Account, or by a notice displayed upon login, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14.2 88fn makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh. Users who access the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
